Hey Everyone,
This is Maina Wycliffe, the author of this newsletter, in case you don’t know me. As I write this, we are nearing the end of the year, about 11 days to go. I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who is subscribed to this newsletter and those who read my content from the bottom of my heart.
We have seen incredible growth this year alone, with over 2000 subscribers to this newsletter. I know this is probably not a large number, but to me, it’s the biggest I have ever been. I want to say thank you for your support, for reading my content, and for being there with me during my ups and downs.
In the latter half of the year, I haven’t been able to keep up with the content, and I want to resume that in 2025, with 2 - 3 high-quality articles every month instead of the usual weekly content, which I found hard to keep up with, and you can quickly get burned out.
That’s not the only reason I haven't been publishing regularly; over the last few months, I have been working on a Typescript Book. This has been taking up a lot of my time lately, but I am beginning to feel delighted with my progress. As we get closer to publishing it, I will release more details on the book early next year.
By reducing the number of articles to 2 to 3 per month, I aim to maintain a regular writing schedule for this newsletter while striking a balance between quality, my book, and my day job.
As we look to the future, I hope our collective journey of learning and growth will continue in 2025. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my warmest wishes to you all for a joyous holiday season and a happy new year.
Yours Truly,
Maina Wycliffe
